Cancelling Your Hosting Plan

We're sorry to hear that you no longer need our hosting service, in order for us to cancel your account you must do the following, if you don't, your cancellation request will NOT be honoured.

Go to http://www.9jahost.com/support and submit a ticket with the following information

Your First and Last name (the ones either on the credit card or in your PayPal account)
Your reason for cancelling
Your email address (either your PayPal email or the one used when signing up)
Your Domain name

Once we have that information we will be able to cancel your Hosting Plan services. Without it your credit card or PayPal account will continue to be charged.
